• Check In: 3:30 p.m.
• Check Out: 11:30 a.m.
• Required Stay: 30 nights 
• Deposits: 50% of rental payment is due to confirm reservations. Balance for the rental payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. A refundable damage deposit of $500 is due upon arrival.
• Damage Deposit: Will be refunded on the day of departure upon receipt of the keys and granted that there were no damages/losses incurred
• Keys: Caretaker will meet the guests based on the estimated time of arrival. Keys will then be handed personally to the primary guest.
• Confirmation of Reservation: An email will be sent to confirm reservations

• Other Fees: Booking fee applies. Utilities not included.Washer and dryer is coin operated. For the 3 bedroom unit, 7th and 8th guest will apply a $300/month/guest additional fee. For the 2 bedroom unit, 5th and 6th guest will apply a $300/month/guest additional fee.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled more than 50 days prior to arrival date, all fees ,except $150 cancellation fee, are refunded. If cancellation received after 50 days from arrival date, all fees become non-refundable. 

NO pets, NON-smoking and NO house parties.

Limited Liability:
Guest(s) or tenant(s) agree(s) to indemnify owner,  agents,  caretaker and  other employees for any damages to self, other guests and invitees, the property , grounds, furnishings and household items, which is a result of the guest/s’ occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear. Owner, agent, caretaker and other employees will not be liable for any accident that may occur to the guest/s and invitees during the occupancy of the property. To the fullest extent permitted by California Law, and not withstanding any provision of this Agreement, the total liability, in the aggregate of the Owner,  agent, caretaker, and other employees,  to the guest(s) or tenant(s) and anyone claiming by or through the guest(s) or tenant(s) , for any and all claims, losses, costs or damages,  including attorney’s fees and costs and expert witness fees and costs of any nature whatsoever or claims expenses resulting from or in any way related to the agreement from any cause(s) shall not exceed the total rent received by Owner under this agreement. It is intended that this limitation apply to any and all liability or cause of action however alleged or arising unless otherwise prohibited by law. Guest(s) or tenant(s) agree(s) to indemnify and save owner,   their agents, caretaker and other employees, free and harmless from any claim or liability for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from, related to, in connection with the rental of the property, including but not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury or damage or loss of property which is made, incurred or sustained by guest(s) or tenant(s) or guest’s invitees. Dispute/s resulting from this lease agreement will be in the expense of the tenant(s) or guest(s) and will be executed in San Francisco, California.
